It's easy to return an item if you're not fully satisfied. Here's how it works.
If an item is faultless and you simply change your mind, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method for items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item comes back in its original, unused condition.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please let us know right away. Return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll send a replacement within 3 working days of receiving it back — and we'll cover the cost of returning it to us.
All items must be returned in their original condition. To arrange a return or replacement, please contact us through our contact page and we'll send you the return details and address.
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for Read Pen Qur'an products and gift certificates, due to the nature of these items, or for shrink-wrapped items once opened. Read Pen products are covered instead by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects, though they cannot be refunded once shipped.
Items purchased under a free-shipping offer can still be returned within 14 days, but the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Bulk orders of 30 copies or more are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns received after the timeframes above, or without the required packing information, unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we state otherwise.
