Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. We ship via trusted couriers and provide a tracking number for every order.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within two working days of receiving them. Total delivery time is our pick-and-pack time plus the actual shipping time, which depends on your destination and chosen service. Please note that orders are not shipped until every item is in stock.
Not Finished — your order has been created but payment hasn't been received yet.
Queued — we're waiting for your payment to clear.
Failed — payment processing was unsuccessful and the order won't proceed.
Processed — payment has been received and your order is being packed.
Declined — the order has been cancelled by us, for example if it appears fraudulent.
Complete — your order has been packed and dispatched.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service selected, on top of our standard pick-and-pack time. We'll provide an estimated delivery window at checkout for your specific address.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that each country handles imported goods differently, and we are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges that may apply to your order.
Absolutely — just provide the recipient's full name, delivery address, and phone number when you place your order, and we'll ship it directly to them.
Unfortunately not — our shipping partners require a physical delivery address for all orders.
In most cases, yes. Occasionally we may split an order into two or more shipments if that's the safer option for your items — you'll never be charged extra shipping for this.
